Refund policy

Membership Subscriptions

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all membership benefits until that time.

• Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time or missed events.

• Upgrades/Downgrades: You can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
• Spicy Book Club may terminate or suspend any membership at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, without any liability to Spicy Book Club whatsoever. 

Gift Boxes & Physical Products

• Returns: Due to the intimate and curated nature of our gift boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
